Allied Health services for mental & physical wellbeing.
The theme for this year’s Veterans’ Health Week is mental wellness; recognising the importance of good mental health to overall health and wellbeing.
Physical fitness is important as it can help prevent conditions such as heart disease and diabetes, and help you maintain independence as you age. Mental fitness, however, is often overlooked. Including mental dexterity exercises into your daily routine can help you see the benefits of a healthy mind and a healthier body for years to come.
