This is a clinically supervised one-hour group fitness program. We will be using equipment to complete aerobic exercise/endurance, strength, balance and stretching. Activities may include walking, running, aerobic fitness, reaching, bending and stretching, small weight training, sit stands and pushups.
This program is designed to improve muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness, aerobic fitness, better coordination, agility and flexibility. It can also foster better social skills, improved mental functioning, psychological wellbeing, greater self-confidence and self-esteem.
