Overview
Maggie Muscles is a clinically supervised one-hour group fitness program delivered on Magnetic Island. Activities may include walking, running, aerobic fitness, reaching, bending, stretching, small weight training, sit stands, and push ups.
Clinical Objectives
This program is designed to improve muscular strength, endurance & motor fitness, aerobic fitness, coordination, agility, and flexibility. It may also foster better social skills, improved mental functioning, enhanced psychological wellbeing, greater self-confidence, and greater self-esteem.
Requirements
- Be physically mobile
- Complete an individual session prior to attending
- Complete a signed pre-screening disclaimer
