Group Therapy

Alliance Rehabilitation offers several group programs. The groups are designed to target a variety of goals from different allied health disciplines. Groups include Supervised Practice, Upper Limb, Type 2 Diabetes Group, Walking/Exercise, Hydrotherapy & more.

Hydrotherapy

This specialised approach to therapy can be used to improve balance, range of movement and muscle strength. Targeted water-supported activities can help participants to feel more relaxed and can also ease the physical stress on the body compared with land-based exercise.

Eating Disorder Management

Eating disorders are debilitating mental health conditions, associated with high morbidity and mortality rates. With effective evidence based treatment and a collaborative team care approach recovery is possible.

Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Therapy

The SOS Approach to Feeding is an evidence-based approach feeding therapy which identifies & addresses picky eating and problem feeding behaviours through a series of assessments and play based therapy.

Our Tyromotion Robotic and Computer Assisted Therapy suite is the first of its kind in Queensland. The perfect solution for upper limb therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and maintenance, this equipment makes therapy fun, effective and is state of the art.
