Physiotherapist
Benjamin is a qualified Physiotherapist skilled in a variety of clinical areas. He has experience in geriatric, neurological, disability, and orthopaedic rehabilitation, along with return-to-work processes, manual handling, and ergonomics assessment and training.
Benjamin graduated from James Cook University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has over 11 years’ experience in a variety of areas including geriatric and aged-care rehabilitation, occupational health and return-to-work co-ordination, musculoskeletal therapy and pain management, manual handling and ergonomics training, as well as mobility aid and equipment prescription. Benjamin has worked in aged-care facilities and a return-to-work rehabilitation service. For the past 6 years he has been working in community rehabilitation, which he thoroughly enjoys. Benjamin is passionate about advocating for the individual and working collaboratively with other professions to provide a holistic service. He also has an interest in osteoarthritis management, healthy ageing in the community and falls prevention, tai chi, and work health and safety practices.
