NDIS Outreach Pricing Changes

To Our Valued Referrers and Participants,

As of 1^st April 2020, Alliance Rehabilitation will be increasing the price of NDIS therapy services in all outreach locations, including:

• Palm Island
• Magnetic Island
• Charters Towers
• Ingham
• Richmond & Hughenden
• Ayr

Pricing changes will only take affect with new referrals received from 1^st April, 2020. Participants in the above locations who have current service agreements with Alliance Rehabilitation will not be subject to this pricing increase, until a new service agreement is required.

What are the pricing changes?

Up until 1^st April 2020, all individual therapy services (with the exception of Psychology services) have attracted a rate of $140.00 per hour.

The following services will be increasing to $165.00 per hour, from 1^st April 2020*:

• Physiotherapy
• Speech Pathology
• Occupational Therapy
• Dietitian
• Social Work
• Exercise Physiology

*For very remote therapy services to Palm Island, the above services will increase to $200.00/hr.

No changes will occur to Psychology prices, which will remain at $165.00/hr. All occupational therapy-related Assistive Technology and Functional Needs Assessment services will also remain at $165.00/hr.

Why has Alliance Rehabilitation increased their prices?

We are committed to delivering your essential supports at the best possible rate to you. Alliance Rehabilitation reviews the costs of delivering services at regular intervals and adjust our rates to ensure we can continue to offer sustainable and readily accessible services in your region. We understand how important your funding and budget are to you and we will always let you know when we need to make changes.

How will this affect my appointments?

There will be no changes to appointment times. Our fees have been updated in our system to automatically select the new fees for the outreach locations for referrals from April 1^st, 2020.

How will this affect my budget/my service agreement?

There will be no changes to current and active service agreements with Alliance Rehabilitation.

Only new referrals from 1^st April 2020 will attract the new fees.
