Senior Speech Pathologist – Shape your own Speech Pathology Service
We are sad to see our current Senior Speech Pathologist say farewell to Townsville, but this opens the door for you to shape your own innovative practice as our next Senior Speech Pathologist.

Non-senior Speech Pathologists – Join a Multidisciplinary Team
Not quite ready to step into the shoes of a Senior Speech Pathologist? Alliance Rehabilitation is also hiring Speech Pathologists to join our team under the mentorship of our new Senior Speech Pathologist. We are invested in your development as a professional – great people make great services – and offer a generous $10,000 per annum CPD package to our Speech Pathologists to grow the skills needed by our community.
Join a team of passionate therapists and provide a collaborative approach to all services. Challenge your clinical toolbox with a complex and varied caseload and enjoy growth and support from a high performing team. The position provides professional support and assistance with regular supervision, growth and performance reviews, and a culture of continuous development and quality improvement.
Graduates are encouraged to apply, we support clinicians starting out on their careers – part of Alliance Rehabilitation’s function is to help develop capacity within our community and this includes the development of promising new clinicians.
Indicative Salary:
- Senior Speech Pathologists: $130,000 to $150,000 per annum plus super and CPD package options.
- Speech Pathologists: $90,000 to $110,000 plus super and $10,000 per annum CPD package.
Alliance Rehabilitation is offering permanent full-time employment contracts however we are also interested in hearing from candidates who are seeking part-time flexible arrangements in support of a work-life balance.
