Join an exciting 8-week nutrition & movement program for people living with Type 2 Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)..
Getting active & enjoying healthy foods are powerful ways to help manage blood sugars. Sweet Moves aims to improve your knowledge of healthy meals, snacks, & exercises.
This program is administered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Accredited Practising Dietitians, and a Credentialled Diabetes Educator.
Weekly sessions run for 1 hour and consist of 10 minutes of healthy eating tips and 45 minutes of moving your body.

Group settings allow you to improve your health in a safe, fun, and friendly environment. You can learn practical tips, helpful information and make connections with people who have shared experiences. Together we can improve overall health and wellbeing, lose weight, sleep better, and improve mood.
How can I join Sweet Moves?
If you have Type 2 Diabetes you are eligible for a Medicare subsidy. Ask your GP or treating health professional for a ‘Medicare Group Allied Health Services’ referral.
The class is also open to others that have conditions that may affect their blood glucose control including those living with Pre-Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes & PCOS.

Initial screener – $90.00 (30 minutes session which is not included in the GP group Allied Health referral)

Each group session over the 8 weeks is $16.25.
