We are pleased to inform you that our clinics are operational, and any in-clinic appointments you have booked will proceed as scheduled.

Please note that some appointment locations may have changed due to repairs following the recent weather event. Please refer to the location details provided in your appointment reminder emails and/or SMS messages, or any direct communication you receive this week about your appointment location, as these will contain the most up-to-date information.

Alliance Rehabilitation clinics in Townsville will be closed for in-clinic appointments Monday 3/2 and Tuesday 4/2 while we assess the safety of our team, our participants and local infrastructure.

If you have an appointment scheduled this week, our coordination team will be in touch with you. Our clinicians are working remotely to ensure your safety and their own safety. For appointments that are suitable, telehealth will be offered to maintain continuity of service. Additional time is available to complete support activities and reporting.
