  • Join a local class – keep fit and social
  • Set a routine

Nourish your mind

  • Get creative – Join a class you’ve always wanted to try, build something or see a new film
  • Stick to a sleep schedule

Ask for help

  • Keep a good line of contact with your support network
  • Find ways to limit your triggers
  • Reach out if you feel overwhelmed
