Cardiac Rehabilitation Services
Cardiac rehabilitation is a structured program for people who have, or are at risk of developing heart conditions.
Our inter-disciplinary team of exercise physiologists, dietitians, diabetes educators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, allied health assistants and psychologists work together to assist participants to prevent, understand and manage cardiac condition/s.
The program includes individual and group physical activity sessions, as well as education covering a range of topics such as physical activity, food and drink, medication, mental health and diabetes.
Anyone with cardiac risk factors or with a diagnosis of heart disease is welcome to attend our program and we encourage family / partners to participate in our education sessions.
