At Alliance Rehabilitation we believe in a life beyond ordinary. We will be present, lead change, pursue growth & act with integrity. We aim to set the standard for interdisciplinary care in our community.
While most of our clients have a positive experience we acknowledge that at times the process of bookings & therapy can be frustrating so if we can do more to assist you please let us know. We value your feedback and we are also interested in seeking resolutions where possible.
All feedback will be added to an internal feedback register and escalated to the appropriate management level. If your feedback is about a particular team member or relating to a specific date, please include all the relevant information so this can be followed up.
