We have a 48-hour cancellation policy across all services (two business days). We will notify you of upcoming appointments by SMS. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, email reception@alliancerehab.com.au and our coordination team will process this (don’t panic – we will honor the time of email arrival in regard to cancellation timing).
Cancellation Fee’s
If you cancel without sufficient notice mentioned above, you will be charged at 100% of the agreed support price for both our established clinic and telehealth sessions.
Missed Appointments
If you miss 3 appointments without providing a reason or discussing the circumstances, we may need to re-assess your supports.
